A PreK–8 private school helping students grow in faith, wisdom, and purpose

When you decide on a school, you’re really choosing who will partner with your family to shape your child’s values, build their curiosity and confidence, and prepare them academically for all that comes in later grades.

It’s a big step, and we’re here to help you.

At Longmont Christian School, students are known, loved, and guided from their first wobbly steps into Preschool 3 to their final projects in eighth grade. They learn in small classes with caring teachers, grow through chapel, discipleship, and service, and discover their gifts through clubs and in places like the STEM lab, music room, and outdoor learning spaces. It’s a community that celebrates every child as uniquely made by God and walks with families through each age and stage.

“LCS has been a true Godsend for our son. He was greatly struggling in public elementary school, falling behind, and not receiving the help he needed. (He is autistic.) Since coming to LCS for middle school, he has made the Honor Roll all three quarters so far. He looks forward to school now and has much higher self-esteem. He is thriving. The entire staff is great! What a blessing for our family!”

– Diana Wilson, parent of middle schooler

See What Sets Our Christian School Apart

At Longmont Christian School, the difference shows up in everyday moments. You’ll see students leading worship during chapel, digging in the garden during science, and working closely with teachers who know how to bring out their best. Families feel supported by clear communication, thoughtful accommodations, and a community that shares their faith and values:

Faith Woven into Every Day

Students start mornings in prayer, participate in weekly chapel and discipleship, and see biblical truth applied across every subject, not just Bible class.

A Place for Every Child

Our staff includes two licensed special education teachers, and we welcome neuro-diverse learners with intentional strategies and a sensory room.

8 Acres of Space to Learn and Explore

With multiple playgrounds, a community garden, and outdoor education opportunities, learning often takes place beyond the classroom walls.

Personalized Learning Paths

Students build Personalized Growth Portfolios, engage in project-based learning as part of their curriculum, and are challenged at their own pace in small class settings.

Whole-Child Support

Our full-time counselor provides classroom guidance and one-on-one support rooted in biblical social-emotional learning.

Built for Long-Term Growth

With programs that stretch from early learning to middle school leadership, your child can grow in one trusted, faith-filled environment without needing to transition between schools.
