Committed to Educating the Whole Child

Welcome to Longmont Christian School! LCS has been accredited through ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) since 2008. As an accredited school, you can be assured that our academic programs have been carefully planned for classes which are interactive, challenging, and supportive. We focus on developing students who will not only be deep thinkers as well as problem solvers, but who also have strong character and values.

Our elementary department stresses teaching the whole child: body, soul, mind, and spirit. The middle school builds on this tradition, emphasizing academics, organization, and self-government, while preparing students for the rigor of high school. High school is the launching point for spiritual, academic and personal success. Academic and critical thinking skills are sharpened and creativity is expanded through the arts and extracurricular activities.

It is our goal to graduate students who are well-rounded and well equipped for the important transition to higher education. Our faculty, with an average tenure of eight years, encourages, guides, and leads students during their learning journey whether they are in preschool or taking dual-credit high school classes. We are proud to provide a family-centered, nurturing environment which enables our students to thrive and prepares them for successful futures. We invite you to come take a tour of Longmont Christian School and see for yourself why LCS is the premiere private Christian School in Northern Colorado.

We're so glad you're considering or have chosen LCS for your child.
