2024 -2025 Variable Tuition Rates and Fees
Variable Tuition:
Who should apply?
Any family who does not think they can afford the top number on the tuition scale should apply.
FACTS Grant and Aid does not set any income guidelines or have restrictions on who should apply for financial aid.
If you feel your family can’t afford to pay at the top scale, it is to your benefit to apply.
How do I apply for Variable Tuition?
You simply complete a confidential and secure online application with FACTS.
It is called FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. The cost to complete the application is $50. You will need to submit your tax return, W-2 forms, and supporting documentation for non-taxable income.
The turnaround for determining the amount of your tuition aid is approximately two weeks.

NEW STUDENT/ FAMILY CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT FEE:
- $200.00 per student (waived for returning families)
- $350.00 maximum per family (waived for returning families)
STUDENT FEE:
Includes annual books and technology (internet)
- Pre-K 3 & 4: $150 (book only)
- Jr. Kindergarten & Kindergarten: $300.00
- Elementary & Middle School (1st - 8th grades): $350.00
New Student Readiness Assessment
All new students are required to complete a New Student Readiness Assessment. Testing is completed prior to admittance and administered onsite to helps us confirm their current academic level. K-8: $40
Financial Aid
LCS does not offer academic or athletic scholarships. All financial assistance is based on need. LCS uses a third-party partner, FACTS, to process financial aid applications. Interested parents should create an account with and apply through FACTS.
Discount Rates
Multiple student discount:
Two students- 5% discount per full time student
Three students- 10% discount per full time student
Four or more- 15% discount per full time student
Military discount:
10% discount per full time student for active duty/reserves members
Referral Program
LCS is excited to announce an incentive program for the upcoming school year. This program is to encourage our current families to help bring new families into the LCS community. To apply:
1. The incoming family MUST list the referring family on their inquiry and application.
2. The incoming family must have their student ENROLLED and financials completed before any discount will be applied to the referring family tuition.
3. Referrals will only be accepted at the beginning of a new semester. If a new referral is submitted part way through the semester, and all requirements are met, the discount will be applied at the start of the following semester.
The discount rates are listed below:
1- family : 25% discount toward one student for the year that the family is newly enrolled.
3 - families: 50% discount toward one student for the year the family is newly enrolled.
6 - or more families: 100% tuition coverage for the year, for one student, for the year the family is newly enrolled.
Terms: The discounted amount is only applicable towards one student per referral family. The discount is only applied for the year that the new family is first enrolled, the following school year regular tuition rates will apply. Families may receive another discount the following year if they refer another new student. Other discounts may not apply, it is up to the discretion of LCS whether to combine other discounts with Referral Program incentives. Those on Scholarship do not get additional discount for a referral, however they may choose to give an incoming family they refer, the discount applicable if not also on scholarship.
Scholarship
Longmont Christian School is proud to offer scholarships for students who cannot afford to send their students to school without financial aid.We are looking to award scholarships for up to three students per grade level, Kindergarten-8th.
The tuition and fee cost for one student to attend Longmont Christian School is approximately $10,00 per year. The scholarship reduces the tuition amount to just $50/month which is approximately 5% of the total cost of tuition and fees.
To qualify you must meet the following criteria:
Christian parent(s)
Qualify for federal free and reduced lunch programs
Preference will be given to single parent families/widows as well as students who are moving into upper grades who were part of the CCCAP program

The scholarships that LCS is able to offer are made possible from the generous donations of those who believe in the value of Christian education and the mission here at Longmont Christian School.

CCAP for Preschool-aged Children
LCS has been a Colorado Childcare Assistance Program (CCAP) provider since 2017, and we have limited spaces for preschool children in need of financial assistance from the state of Colorado. To apply for this funding, please visit here.
